A quiet companion, not a data collector

Bloom was made for private reflection during pregnancy. It was never designed to gather information about you. This page explains, simply and honestly, what that means in practice.

Your reflections stay on your device

Everything you write — your reflections, milestones, and quiet moments — lives on your phone. Nothing is sent to a server. Your story stays with you, on your device, always.

No accounts required

There is no sign-up, no login, and no email needed. Bloom does not sync to the cloud and does not create an online profile for you.

No analytics or tracking

Bloom does not use analytics tools, advertising trackers, or third-party monitoring. We do not collect usage data or behavioral information about how you use the app.

What Bloom stores locally

Information stored inside Bloom may include:

• Your name, if you choose to provide it during onboarding
• Pregnancy-related dates you enter
• Mood check-ins and written reflections
• Milestones and moments you choose to save

This information is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to Bloom or any third party.

Data retention

Bloom does not collect, transmit, or retain user data on any server operated by SDEAshirvad Labs.

All your data stays on your local device - until you delete

All information remains stored locally on your device until you choose to delete it.

If you delete individual entries, use the "Clear my journey" option, clear the app's storage, or uninstall Bloom, the corresponding data is permanently removed from your device.

Because Bloom does not maintain server-side copies of your data, SDEAshirvad Labs cannot recover, restore, or retain your information after it has been deleted.

Nothing sold or shared

Because your data never leaves your device, there is nothing for us to sell, share, or hand to anyone else. Bloom has no access to your reflections or personal information.

You can delete everything

You are always in control. Delete individual reflections or remove all your data from Bloom at any time, directly within the app. Once gone, it is gone from your device.

PDF export stays on your device

When you create a memory book as a PDF, the file is generated and saved on your phone. Bloom does not receive, store, or transmit your exported files.

Bloom may request temporary access to device storage only when saving or sharing exported memory book PDFs.

Who Bloom is for

Bloom is intended for adults and is not designed for children under 13.
